1. Sauté Spinach: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
2. Add Spinach: Add the chopped spinach to the skillet. Cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, crumbled feta cheese, and shredded mozzarella. Mix until well combined.
